PAYMENTS:
Payment for the next 10 lessons is to be made during fight team informal training
during the holidays.(check the fight team schedule at the previous post.) Priority will be given to those who pay on the 16/12(wed),18/12(Fri),21/12(Mon). Latest by next Wed. We hope to start training as soon as next week with your cooperation.

Those going for holiday...etc... and can't meet the payment deadline SMS Zhi hwa (91552112) stating your reasons.

FIGHTTEAM:
Bring ALL your equipment for every training.
Includes shoes, groin guard mouth piece and your basic equipment.
Those who hasn't been attending training regularly(you know who you are) without valid reasons don't have to come training anymore.
Get lots of rest and watch your diet Fighters. See you next training !
