Holidays training are on every Monday,Wednesday and Friday .
The starting phase of the training will be mainly building up core muscles and strength...
the next half of holidays training mainly sparring sessions.

Time: 10a.m to 12p.m
LUNCH
2p.m to 4p.m
Venue: School Stadium
- Fight team members MUST attend at least 2 of the 3 sessions. Unless given a VALID reason
-Attendence will be taken
-Bring along running shoes

*Non fight team members are encouraged to attend holidays training to brush up their skills.
However, priorities and attention will be given to the fight team members.
