1600 to 1730 - GYM ( Weight Lifting)
1800 to 2030 - Muay Thai Training
Saturday - Fight Team Training
Saturday - Fight Team Training
0900 to 1130
Sparring Session
1230 to 1400
Bring your Running shoes, gloves,wraps, mouth guard, groin guard.
