1.NO MORE INFORMAL TRAINING
due to poor attendance, informal training is cancelled . period.
2.FIGHT TRAINING
only allowed to attend , if you attend formal training.
3 chances will be given if you miss this training.
you will be kicked out after 3 chances.
will be conducted every friday, @ fight g. (timing to be confirmed soon)
3.ATTENDANCE FOR FORMAL TRAINING.
make sure you get your attendance taken.
if your name is not there, just add in.
the fight training is the only additional training .
4.IVP
there is an IVP this year, around august. so start training hard now
