THERE IS NOT INFORMAL TRAINING ON MONDAY, PLEASE TAKE NOTE.
There will be a training camp this December from the 20th to 22nd.
Please collect indemnity form at fight G THIS COMING WEDNESDAY, 15th DECEMBER during the fight team selection. This is camp is preparation for IVP next year. Bring your normal camp stuff and training gear WHICH INCLUDES running shoes, mouth guard, hand wraps etc.
20th DEC- meet outside fc 5 at 12pm sharp and camp fees will only be 5 bucks. SO SEE YOU THERE!
