Due to the MST that falls on week 8 that'll affect most of us. Fight Team Selection will be postponed to the 15th of December instead.
To all my SPMT fighters, please keep that day free. We'll try to compromise a good timing with Coach Darren and post it on the blog.
Weigh In is still on December the 26th, this Friday. 6pm at the SP stadium. There'll be informal training after that. Take that opportunity to brush up on your skills. You'll need every ounce of it in the ring.
