Hey guys,
Hope you all have been training hard during this holiday :) There has been a dip in attendence for informal training, and we hope that it is due to important reasons that you are unable to attend.
Anyway, One World Day is on the 29th of October , Friday. SP Muay Thai will be doing a short demo showcase and we want seniors and juniors to take part. You will get CCA points and most importantly, more experience will be gained.
