TRAINING DAYS, Grading and TRAINING CAMP

Hey all!

Next week is the start of the ten lessons for both Juniors (both former and new) and Seniors. FOR THE JUNIORS, do return to the blog on Monday to re-confirm your training days.

Regarding your grading, CONGRATS to all those who have passed their Level One and Level Two. Those who haven't, don't give up! Cos, next week during your formal training, Darren will be looking out for you guys and will grade you as he deem fit. So train hard okay!

Well, its EXACTLY 14 DAYS AWAY FROM IVP! Those who are going for the camp this coming friday, please rsvp to the facebook invite. Those who are interested to fight for fight team, be it this year or next year, and do not have the invite please text me or call me to let me know. I repeat, Training camp is limited to SENIORS and JUNIORS WHO ARE INTERESTED TO FIGHT. Training will be intense so I advise those who wish to play around to not attend and wait for our FO camp next year. This camp will be fun, but it'll include A LOT of hard work. Everyone is to take training seriously now, especially fighters =)
