Informal training * updated*

Hello fellow members!!!!!!!!!Say goodbye to the holidays and embrace the beginning of the school term.

Congratulations to those who worked their hearts and bodies out during the holidays.
School training will NOT stop with the beginning of the new term.

For those who have not been pushing themselves, it's time to take things up to the next level!! Especially those who want to participate in the up-and-coming IVP.

Informal training:
Every Monday and Friday
Venue: School stadium
Time:6.00p.m - 8.30 p.m
Meet at the stadium 6.00pm SHARP. Latecomers will not be entertained.

Bring along your full training gear and running shoes.


Informal training starts this coming Friday, on the 23rd of October and subsequently, on every Monday and Friday.

*Those who intend to compete in the up-and-coming IVP are required to attend AT LEAST one informal training session either MONDAY or FRIDAY each week.
