First of all, there will be NO training for both SENIORS and JUNIORS this Saturday, 12 July 2008, because Coach Bruce has something to attend to on that day. But fret not! The lesson will be made up at the end of the 10 lessons. So please SPREAD THE MESSAGE to all your friends!
Secondly, there is an upcoming MMA Seminar on next friday, 18th July 2008! For those who attend the first seminar, I hope you enjoyed yourselves and learnt something from it. And I will definitely go this time because I missed the first one! ): LOL.
