Looking Back!

Hey mates! Seniors and Juniors!

10 lessons are almost over! How's the lessons coming along for you?
Seniors are getting their body pushed to the limit with Coach new training methods *SIONG*
My whole body never felt more tired then before....

Juniors!! How's training? FUN? TOUGH? BORING?
Many emotions... i know...
Training use to be boring for me. We had no pads at first... we had to punch and kick each other. *Hence Sherlim FAMOUS Blue-Black... still got dent i think*
If its fun for you! i am glad! Training should be fun and something you look forward to!
Nothings beats the feeling of brotherhood/sisterhood... knowing your mates are suffering with you... laughing and cry together.... We even shed our blood together! Nothing beats this camaraderie.

As we look back, try to picture your first day at training. Try to remember how you felt.... try to picture all the unknown faces... did you look at others as mates? or opponent? Saw any girls/guys you like? HAHA...

What have you gain from training so far? Physically and mentally... Think about it...

I'm really really looking forward to seeing all you juniors! getting to know you lads more!

Once again, I am really sorry for the lack of seniors being present at your training. We had our fair share of training and studies.
